Counselling Services
Our Counselling Services (from now on “Service”) are designed to provide professional guidance and support in addressing issues related to sexual health, intimacy and relationships.
We do not provide medical treatment or therapy, and we do not prescribe medication. Individuals must be at least 18 years old to book and participate in Sex Counselling Sessions. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you understand that the service does not diagnose, treat or cure any physical or mental illnesses.
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all communications with our clients. Information disclosed during counselling sessions will not be shared with third parties, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm to the client or others. While we strive to provide effective guidance and support for individuals, couples, polycules, and families, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from our Service. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the Counselling Service or from the use of any other related Resources, Materials or Services.
All Content, Resources and Materials provided during, or associated with, our Services are the intellectual property of Helina Metsik, unless specifically stated otherwise. Clients are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any materials for purposes other than intended, which are stated clearly in the section Terms of Use of our Terms and Conditions. During counselling sessions, it is vital to be honest about your experiences, thoughts, and emotions, or about any resistances that you experience. This transparency allows our counsellor (Helina Metsik) to understand your situation fully, and accurately assess your current needs and circumstances, to best support you.
Clients are encouraged to actively engage in the counselling process by participating in discussions, reflections, assigned homework activities or exercises. Active involvement boosts the effectiveness of counselling and promotes agency and accountability.
Clients are encouraged to engage in self-reflection outside of sessions to further explore insights gained during sessions and apply them to their daily lives to promote personal growth and positive change.
Clients are required to maintain respectful behaviour towards counsellors and staff during sessions. Strong emotions are allowed, but any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services. Respectful conduct fosters a safe and supportive environment for all parties involved.
Payment for Services is due at the time of booking. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for a minimum of 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide timely notice will result in a "no-show" and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. These policies help maintain scheduling integrity and ensure the availability of counselling services for all clients.

Intellectual Property Rights

You can receive a refund (minus processing fees) or reschedule your appointment only if you cancel your Counselling Session with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment. All other purchases, such as Subscriptions, Courses, Webinars, Toolkits and Educational Material as well as other resources and materials, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our Resources, Products, Courses, Webinars and Materials, and no refunds will be provided, for any reason.
By subscribing to, using and/or purchasing any of our Courses, Webinars, Products, Services or Resources, and any other virtual or physical Materials, you understand and agree that all sales are final and no refunds will be provided.
Termination
If you do not wish to continue to participate in our offered services, you have the right to terminate your usage of our Courses, Webinars, Resources, Content, Mailing lists or Services at any time by sending an e-mail to: helina.metsik@gmail.com.
We retain the right to promptly deny or cease your access to any portion of our Resources, Content, Services, Courses, Webinars, and associated materials. By purchasing our Resources, Products, or Services, you agree that any arbitration must be initiated within one (1) year of informing us via e-mail, as stated previously. Failure to do so will result in the waiver of your right to seek dispute resolution through arbitration or to take any other legal action.
The only remedy that may be awarded to you through arbitration is a full refund of the purchase made. No other financial awards, consequential damages, or other types of damages can be granted.
The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
